chore: 根目录非 SDK 迁入开发文档与机擎，补项目总览图
将 docs/tools/截图/挂载 Skill 等从根目录归位到 8部署/6测试/机擎阿服；
修复 publish_wiki、sync_when_online、run_live_verification 路径；
新增 00-项目总览 与 Obsidian 配色扩展；gitignore 仅忽略根 /scripts/。

SDK CI / python-compile (push) Has been cancelled
- 新增 sdk/app/agent（Hook/Skills/Anti-ban 等）及 NAS/ADB 脚本
- 更新 Android 端、unified、PHP SDK、Docker Compose
- Soul 文档迁移至 Soul调研/；移除资料目录内 APK
- .gitignore 排除 sdk/tmp、sdk/logs、sdk/tmp_rom
